It's been a while since I've done a 50L Friday bit of shopping. Awesome dress by So Many Styles, shoes by Kookie (three colors available too!) and the Lawn Dart game by Scribble is fantastic! I may need to work on my aim, though.....
So...the girls and I have decided to have a Spring Cleaning sale. No, I haven't started creating things in SL again, mainly because I'm just no good at it! I have, however, been reminded why I need to get rid of some of the older transferable stuff that I own. I just cannot let my inventory break 50k again, and even with this sale I have a vast amount of items I want to *give* away in the future!
Today however, its time for that Spring Cleaning and a [42] skin sale! What?! Oh yes, thats right, one of us happens to be the skin creator from [42]! Mandy closed her shop for a while, but for this weekend only her skins will be available at my Asylum Grand Illusion location. This includes her Series 1 that will be retired! I talked her into bringing them in world again for the next three days until I move from this location to a new one (again, I know, hush).
Kerra and I dont have a creative bone in our body when it comes to clothing and skins and such, so we dug deep and brought out some of our things that we know we will just never use. This includes items from Mischief, Nyte-N-Day, and best of all, Dazzle. Yes! I am parting ways with even more of my Dazzle items! I've been giving them to friends and these are the last pieces I think I can part with, for now that is. I hate to see things wasting away in my inventory and you just cant get these items easily anymore.
It's days like today that make me painfully aware that spring is nowhere in sight! I did, however, do a little bit of shopping and found this awesome sweater by my favorite boot maker (go figure) Kitties Lair. The boots are a 50L friday item by Kookie while the rest was dug up out of my inventory. Its comfy, its warm, and exactly what I would wear when stomping out through the snow. No more storms though, deal?
The boa is something I picked up a long time ago.. I fell in love with the rotten thing.. ok is not that rotten its sooo amazing how it lays on the body and its feathery light look.. I can almost feel it against the skin.. And the shoes I got from Alatiel Fashions. I loved these two pieces so much I wanted to show them off... so tada..
This dress not only is amazingly comfortable it is beautiful too.. This dress proves that every girl can be innocent =) Was out bouncin around the grid and found this amazing dress at SYSY's.. I fell in love with it of course It is soo me. *places an order for a RL one please* It flows so amazingly and just makes ya feel beautiful.. amazing how such a simple dress can change the whole mood. And then I happened accross this sim.. OMG the pic ops at this place.. I swear I saved the LM somewhere right?? right? OMG *Panics searching for it*
I fell in love with this little ensemble. Its a Blacklace Bra and Undies set.. pair'd together with the apples and the pose gave us a lil Eve type look. Blacklace has amazing lingere!
Kerra and I have been trying to get this up and running for literally weeks, finally here it is! Nothing major to read each entry, just simple LOTD or featured pieces kind of posts, we hope you enjoy. The dress was my New Years dress from last year, I just never got a chance to wear it. What a fabulous way to start 2010.
